I’m not getting customer records or customer/admin emails after purchase.
I have two gateways setup… PayPal and Authorize.net. They used to both work then suddenly Authorize doesn’t work (PayPal still does).
I’m making test purchases for $0.01 and the money goes into the Auth account as expected. I am then brought to the “thank-you” page suggesting everything is fine but aside from the email that Auth sends out… nothing else happens as it should…
Here is the debug data received:
[04/09/2012 11:37 PM] – SUCCESS :eStore post payment processing script invoked
[04/09/2012 11:37 PM] – SUCCESS :Handling payment data from: authorize
[04/09/2012 11:37 PM] – SUCCESS :Retrieving order details… Key: xxxxxxxxxxxxx Gateway: authorize
[04/09/2012 11:37 PM] – FAILURE :Cart items empty! Could not retrieve items from the database.
[04/09/2012 11:37 PM] – SUCCESS :gateway=authorize, custom=, txn_id=4299797661, txn_type=auth_capture, transaction_subject=This transaction has been approved., first_name= etc. etc.
I re-installed a fresh copy of eStore, deactivated it, reactivated it and still no luck.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Remember… just Authorize.net

April 10, 2012 at 6:12 am #43926adminKeymasterThis looks like a database column out of sync issue to me.
Please do the following test for me so I can get a little details.
Add an item to the eStore products database from the “Add/Edit Items” menu and tell me if the item actually gets added to your eStore’s product list.
What version of eStore and WordPress are you using?
April 10, 2012 at 4:31 pm #43927KeithMemberit gets added yes… since I have been having the issues I installed the latest version (I grabbed a fresh copy from the server yesterday)
April 10, 2012 at 5:32 pm #43928KeithMemberI sorted it out…
since I was testing product purchases over and over it was getting annoying entering in all of the customer data over and over in the Auth form… so… I used RoboForm to save the info… well.. I also saved the “Customer ID” and ended up overwriting the random one that gets created… I have to ask… WHY is that field even editable on the Auth form!! makes no sense…
anyway… it turns out it’s not an issue with the plugin.. my fault entirely… sheesh… but if you could answer why the customer ID is editable that would be helpful..
thanks
April 10, 2012 at 5:35 pm #43929KeithMemberI just found out… the customer ID can be changed to be non-editable from the Authorize.net merchant account profile… thanks.
