I sent the information using a secondary email address as my initial response bounced back to me from my profile email. Please let me know if you’ve received it, the email address is a gmail address with my username affixed with the number 2 before the @.
kelleymarenMemberOk, thanks so much! Will get that information over to you.
kelleymarenMemberI am having this problem as well. A customer can go through the CCBILL checkout process successfully and is brought to the approval link which for now states that an email will be sent with their purchase information (in this case, it was supposed to be access to the downloadable mp4) but the customer doesn’t receive it.
I have tested purchases myself and confirmed that as a customer only the CCBILL email stating I have made a purchase/subscription/transaction ID to my site but nothing that allows me to get the content or enter customer information into the site in order to obtain my purchase.
I have set up CCBILL to not collect usernames and passwords to that information is also not included in the CCBILL email.
The website is set up so that posts contain content that is accessible to members using the eMember plugin however some content can be purchased ala carte via the eStore plugin. Thus far I have only tested using the eStore purchases and have found that the download link email has not come through.
I have enabled debug logging and made sure that the log permissions are set to 644 and then later to 664 just to give that a shot but they end up being blank after my test transactions. When I download the log files they also show 0 bytes.
I have used the suggestion on installing the test email plugin and have received the emails sent from the test email plugin successfully.
I am a couple of days over my 30 days of initial purchase of the plugins and really want to figure out what I’m doing wrong here.
There were 4 different transactions that CCBILL sent me emails for however within the eStore customer management there are no such records for any transactions or customers. 3 were my own test transactions and 1 was a customer.
Thanks for giving my issue a read. I appreciate any suggestions that might help me get my logs going and email download links going.
kelleymarenMemberThank you wzp!
In my previous attempt at using the specific gateway buy it now shortcode noted on the CCBILL payment gateway (#4 in the wpCommerce response) my mistake was not having changed the id value to match the membership level. The link you shared was exactly what I needed in order to see the small detail that I was overlooking. Thank you again for the help.
kelleymarenMemberHello,
Unfortunately, I am having the same problem in which I have enabled eMember, eStore and Payment Gateway Bundle plugins and I’ve unchecked all other payment gateway settings within each plugin with the exception of CCBILL and have unchecked “use multiple payment gateways” yet PayPal persists when clicking on an actual button for “Buy Now”. I have checked that all the CCBILL gateway settings have been inputted correctly. I am just not able to get past PayPal being the only thing that the button tries to connect and pass information to. I have cleared my cache and also checked using different browsers but PayPal continues to be the only option available.
I have followed the instructions listed above steps 1-4 that were posted 4 years ago. Is there a more recent development in set up that would be of help to me?
My site is also not family friendly so I would need to email the link for the problem to be experienced/duplicated.
Thanks for the read/help in advance.
