In other words, can I hide pages from the menu until a user is signed in? AND if so, can I show different pages there depending on the membership level?

For instance

Before logging in the user sees just a sales page

HOME PAGE (SALES PAGE)

After logging in for level 1….

The sales page is gone and on the top menu they can see…

PAGE A, PAGE B, PAGE C

After logging in for level 2 they can see…

PAGE A, PAGE B, PAGE C, PAGE D, PAGE E

I just purchased WP Emember and did not pay any attention to the bundle with WP estore. Do I have any way of buying estore at the bundle price I was initially offered? By paying the difference I mean.
