I thought that this might have been possible but the send date was yesterday and there doesn’t appear to be any problem with dates and times on the program or on the computer. The program gives the status as complete. I thought the problem could be associated with the compatibility of WP 4.0 and the email broadcast plugin. I suppose that a ‘complete’ status could be accounted for by the program (broadcast) indicating that it had sent emails to all members matching the specified criteria but this being misinterpreted as no one. It seems the other two possibilities are 1)doing what it says and the emails being blocked 2) saying it is sending emails when it isn’t. I was hoping for a simple solution. I can check the debug file and reissue the email and if they are being sent check with the service provider for any blocking. Can you think of a reason why it might be not sending the emails but telling me it is? Thanks

I have found after following several different posts a reference to a 404 redirect plugin.
I deactivated that and my problems went away. I now need to work out how to do selective redirects for 404 messages.
