Now that the site is live at instituteprofessionalorganizers.com, we’ve set the IPN notification URL in PayPal to the home page. The payment is going through and shows up in the log file, but still doesn’t come up under Payments – Transactions.

That doesn’t really work for us, because the additional information on the custom registration form is essential. Even if we prompt them to fill it in on their profile afterwards, the admin won’t receive a copy of it, and we need it to determine their suitability for the program.

I have a similar scenario to the one described above, and I’ve used the Form Builder Add-on to create custom forms for some membership levels. The problem is that if a member already exists, they don’t have the opportunity to fill out a registration form when they purchase another membership level, so we can’t capture the additional details we need. Is there a workaround that I’m not finding?

Thank you so much! The CryptX plugin was doing that. I was able to resolve it by excluding the page where the button appears.
