Website under development: 173.247.244.179/~solutions4u/
Currently testing before we go live. The payment and registration process is working (correct emails going out, members being added, etc.) but no payments are showing up under Payments – All Transactions.
Enabled Debug. eMember_debug.txt_file and ipn_handle_debut_eMember.txt_file show no failures. eMember_debug_cronjob.txt_file is blank.
WP version 5.0.3
WP eMember version 10.1.8
January 29, 2019 at 7:37 pm #79103wzpModeratorIs PayPal sending the IPN to the same IP address you gave, or is it sending it to a domain?
Does the transaction appear in your PayPal account?
Do you see the plugin’s log file showing that it received the IPN notification from PayPal?
March 4, 2019 at 3:35 pm #79104jaybeeMemberNow that the site is live at instituteprofessionalorganizers.com, we’ve set the IPN notification URL in PayPal to the home page. The payment is going through and shows up in the log file, but still doesn’t come up under Payments – Transactions.
March 4, 2019 at 6:00 pm #79105wzpModeratorPlease perform a test transaction, and post the log file entries that follow the transaction.

You are looking under the eStore transactions, right? They wouldn’t show up in eMember, because eStore is handling the payments.
March 5, 2019 at 6:30 pm #79108jaybeeMemberNo, we aren’t using eStore at all, just eMember.
March 6, 2019 at 4:46 am #79109adminKeymasterSomehow that migration you did has messed up a few things. It is likely the insert to the database table is failing. How did you do the migration?
I will need to get access to the site to do some investigation. I will sent you an email for it.
March 18, 2019 at 12:33 pm #79110jaybeeMemberThank you for investigating this and updating your plugin to work with our PHP version. Payments are now showing up.
March 25, 2019 at 9:24 pm #791113ddsaSpectatorHow was it solved? I have the same problem
