You guys say the affiliate system will automatically reverse a commission based on a refund from eStore.
Please forgive me being dense, but I can’t find any information on how does one process a refund from within the eStore so that this automated process works?

1) – I’m not sure I fully understand, but I am sure once it works I’ll get it.
2) – I did not have a value in that field, and did not know that one was required.
However, I installed a value to the field, following the instructions that:
“For the free membership signup (if you want to allow free membership) simply point them to the Registration page.”
And, when I attempted the registration process again, I got the same FATAL ERROR that I copied in the above post.
So, I’m blown-up for the deadline I was working on…
I would be willing to pay for a premium support walk-through install of this – and for the affiliate product, which I also bought.
Can we work something out for around August 5th?
So, far, I really like the eStore – no problems with it.
Please let me know if you’re amenable.
Otherwise, I’ll be back here then, bashing away on whatever the next suggestion is.

itshouldjustworkMemberApparently, everything needs fresh e-mail addresses. Got it running, now.
itshouldjustworkMemberOK – got the GetResponse to add the user to the list. Problem was I was using an old testing e-mail that had been deleted from the campaign, and the GR system apparently won’t let someone sign back up if they’ve deleted.
Despite the GR system sending the opt-in, and the e-mail appearing in the GR campaign – NOW, the eStore isn’t sending the e-mail with the encrypted access for the free download!!
