Followed instructions for squeeze page – check: e-mail sends; link works, etc.
However, as so many posts indicate, GetResponse integration simply does not function – e-mail is not added to campaign.
“Use API” = ON
API Key copied and pasted to eStore (shut the API off and back on, generating a new key, and tested this TWICE to insure no problems there)
Use GetResponse AutoResponder: is checked.
Global GetResponse Integration: is checked.
Squeeze_Form_Debug_Log says:

Please help?
July 21, 2011 at 11:32 pm #34548itshouldjustworkMemberOK – got the GetResponse to add the user to the list. Problem was I was using an old testing e-mail that had been deleted from the campaign, and the GR system apparently won’t let someone sign back up if they’ve deleted.
Despite the GR system sending the opt-in, and the e-mail appearing in the GR campaign – NOW, the eStore isn’t sending the e-mail with the encrypted access for the free download!!
Help?
July 21, 2011 at 11:55 pm #34549itshouldjustworkMemberApparently, everything needs fresh e-mail addresses. Got it running, now.
March 10, 2014 at 7:29 pm #34550jwentworthMemberI have the same problem with the getresponse integration. Using a GR web form for a free digital download. It should create an email with the link to the download, an optin confirmation email out of GR, and update the GR contact database after confirmation.
estore sends the email with the download link but nothing happens after that. No confirmation message to optin, no update of the database. I tested the system in GR before adding this download form and the singup/optin/databse update worked fine.
I have read all the posts in the forum on this (and learned the trick that you cannot reuse an email address to optin which is a real pain during testing as I have no idea if the email was sent and I didn’t get it or the email is never created).
I have followed the instructions with the API key.
Do you have any other ideas on how I can troubleshoot this? Not sure what other information I can give you to help . . . Is there a troubleshooting checklist somewhere?
Thanks
March 11, 2014 at 3:35 am #34551adminKeymasterPlease enable debug in the settings. If you already have it enabled then hit the reset button. Then do the following test:
Share the URL of your squeeze page and I will be able to tell you where things are going wrong.
March 11, 2014 at 7:57 pm #34552jwentworthMemberI enabled debug and reset the files.
The original squeeze page form is in the sidebar of: [http://www.unstoppablebrand.com/blog/]
This form is built with the web form from getresponse.com
I added the estore form as described in the article and it is here: [http://www.unstoppablebrand.com/test-estore-2/]
The estore form has no connection with getresponse. Both forms work for the download of the product. Neither subscribes the person to to contact list/newsletter.
Thanks for helping with this!

March 12, 2014 at 2:21 am #34553adminKeymasterHi Janet, the GetResponse integration is working fine on your site. I just did a test from your test estore page and everything worked fine for me. I got the opt-in confirmation email from getresponse and confirmed it. I also checked the debug to make sure everything went smooth.
How about you do a test submission on that eStore page and tell me when you have done it. That way I can take a look at the debug file and tell you what is wrong with your submission.
March 12, 2014 at 3:05 pm #34554jwentworthMemberWell this is strange (but good)! I see tipsandtricks in the estore customer menu for the free download and I see you in getresponse as being a subscriber to the newsletter . . . so that all looks fine. Did you actually get a welcome email message from the story Alchemy newsletter?
I think the reason it looked broken is that getresponse will only confirm an email address once. So I must have used my various testing addresses in prior work and therefore submitting a new request for this download will never trigger a new confirmation email . . . and apparently not trigger being added to the mailing list. I will contact getresponse about this.
But the integration is working! And so is the download link. Thank you!
