MembereStore v6.3.7
PDF Stamper v4.0.9
Well … that version made it worse. Now I NEVER get two books. Only the first one. And it doesn’t make any difference which book is first.
I have a couple of logs from various tests. They are long … so I emailed them as an attachment to you.
Now I have some other problems that are really eStore problems. The eStore settings are also included in the email.
1. I am not getting a response email of the sale although the parameters are set in eStore. The emails were arriving before I installed this set of plugins.
2. The customers are not being updated. The Manage Customers screen says “No Customers Found” (and was the same before I updated the plugin).
3. The sales table is not being updated. There are only 5 records – all are tests and all are from 01/01/2012
That’s it for now.
Please … how can we resolve the Stamper issue? It is really hurting our sales.

MemberI don’t think we should have a problem either.
PDF Stamper – Version 4.0.7
eStore – Version 6.2.3
I want to also install eMember … but I want to make sure that these 2 work correctly before adding another element

MemberThat might work. I just use the name and the email.
I don’t mind a 2 step process. Generate a stamped and encrypted PDF and then copy and paste the URL of that document to eStore instead of the product id in the Admin Functions part.

Memberyes, we are on a shared server. 110M is available (it was 90, but I increased it) one book is 2.32 M. the other is either 2.5 or 2.1M
Yesterday I got a strange result. the first book stamped correctly; the second book was stamped but not encrypted. there was a copy of the second book showing 718.51KB and with a -e at the end of the name. However, this could not be opened by Acrobat.

MemberIs there a way to interrupt the code just before the “Thank You” page is generated to test and see if the Stamper has finished? Maybe put one of the thermometers in to show that we are working? Or at least to intercept the error page. It is quite scary for purchasers when they see that screen

MemberI have been having the same problem. I think it is a timing issue – the return from PayPal and generating the “Thank You” page finishes before the PDF link is completed. If you notice, the “Thank You” page has a short link … it’s not complete. So when you click on this short link, the download manager can’t find the generated file. If you hit the back button from the error page and refresh the “Thank You” page, you get the full link. And the link in the email is correct.

MemberIt is checked = all three products have the AddOn Settings checked … as stated above.

MemberI did as you asked … however, the eStore had kept all of the previous information. I don’t know if this makes any difference.
My new product ID is 8
Product Name: Dates Book and FOCUS for Windows Test
Digital Product URL: 3,4
Downloadable is checked
AddOn Settings: Stamp the PDF File is checked. Nothing else
This gave me the two books, but they were not stamped. The AddOn Settings checkbox for PDF Stamper was enabled on all books.

MemberNo …. my issue is that both links are to the same book. It didn’t stamp the second book … nor did it give a link to it.
I would prefer it said Book 1 and Book2 … but that is minor.

Memberyes – both PDFs are stamped. WordPress puts the double slashes in. I take them out … and they go right back in.
