So, I just remove the font and size (<span style=”font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt;”>) and that should do it?

I generated a link for the client and she was able to download the eBook. She tried the original link provided when she ordered the eBook and it did not work.

Inside the {product_link} is it. There is no link present. This is what the text shows:

Hi admin,

The text in the email body field says {product_link}. There is no link. I thought the plugin automatically created an encrypted link. Is that correct or do I need to do something different?

I did generate a link in the admin functions. The extra code is not present.

Using a store plugin is new to me. Maybe I set things up wrong.

I am using plain text.
