Thanks Admin. It is very helpful and already started using it. Is there any other available values for “info” parameter other than Name and Price?
hghorbanianMemberLooking forward to it.
Thanks
hghorbanianMemberThanks WZP.
Yes, I understand it, changes in localization is good enough for me for now.
What about changing the file name ‘download.php’ to ‘payperview.php’ or something else, as I explained the reason for it above. How can this be done?

hghorbanianMemberThanks Admin,
I believe you are referring to the localization at the beginning of the file, right? Is there any other changes anywhere else i should do?
I understand that this message is not occurring often. Based on your answer, I am assuming there is NOT any setting in this file that I can change (without much coding) so it will redirect it to a specific URL i.e a page or post on my website, right?
Also, is it possible to change the file name from ‘download’ to something else without causing and problem whatsoever. I only provide video streaming to my customers, there is nothing that they would download from my website.
Thanks

hghorbanianMemberThanks Peter and Ivy for you input.
I thought of doing it the way Peter said in the beginning and eventually done it. I think the correct/standard format of showing currency code, symbol and price is this -> Symbol+price+currency code => $10.99 USD, CAD,
but I am not sure. I am ok the way it is, though
hghorbanianMemberThanks Peter, I changed the number to N=1 and it works. after the expiry attempt of four time I got an ‘ugly’ looking error message page with blue background on my browser saying:
“The secure download manager ran into a problem that it couldn’t handle, and is unable to process your download request.
The problem was due to the following reason:
The download link (see browser address bar) has been used too many times. If you think this reason is in error, please contact the site administrator.”
How can I change the look and the text of this message? Ideally I would like the message text to be in a post or page of my website’s theme.
Thanks

hghorbanianMemberHi,
I am using APR short codes for to protect the embed code for video streaming on my PayPerView channel. I have read all above posts and would like to use coupon with 100% discount.
I do receive the encrypted link in an email from squeeze form, but when it takes me to the right page the video doesn’t show. It seems the cookie has not been generated since PayPal payment has been bypassed.
What is the easiest or best way to allow a viewer to see a video for free as long as the link has not expired and the coupon limits has not reached.
Thanks
Hessam
hghorbanianMemberWzp, My estore version is 5.6.8
amin007, thanks for the clarification. Yes that is exactly what I am trying to prevent. I don’t even want my paid customer to see the source code and to know where the video come from. I defenately look into the plugin and Amazon S3 private/protected.
Thank you both.
hghorbanianMemberThanks wzp,
I think I haven’t been clear on this. my website is on wordpress and using a wordpress theme which I bought from press75.com
In wordpress, Page edit, in the body of the page I put the code below. Upon directing to this page which contains the video embed code and after clicking on the encrypted code, the page only shows the embed code and not the actual video. I put the digital URL that start with aprtp://…, in the manage digital product field. However, if i put this embed code in the field which is designated by the theme for entering the video embed or URL, the video shows up perfectly.
Is there anyway I can send you screen shots to make a better clarification?
here is the code I have inserted in the body of the page, but on the browser it shows the embed code.

hghorbanianMemberAlso note that the static page that I’ve created is based on the theme I have installed. So after I have created the page in the edit page panel there is a specific field to paste the URL or Embed code so the video player will be place according to the theme settings. It that case how can I protect the embed code containing the video source from being exposed to viewers if they right click and see the source code of the page.
This particular information is what I am trying to protect. Thanks
hghorbanianMemberwzp/amin007,
Thanks for the info. Which APR short code do you recommend me to use?
My site will be an online streaming video pay per view. So I am placing an embedded video playlist in the static page which is going to be protected by APR.
Note that I will limit the viewing to 3 times within 72 hours or something like that.
Now, should I put this embed code between the short code Option 1 or Option 2 as indicated on the APR short-code page?
Thanks
July 25, 2011 at 10:37 pm in reply to: getting only a white screen after clicking on encrypted link #34708hghorbanianMemberI am not sure what to answer, the link I put in the digital product URL is:
If I type this URL on my browser (of course with the right name of my hosting company) I get to the user registration screen which is where I want the user to go.
Hope I could answer you question.
Or how else do you suggest I should do it?
Thanks
July 25, 2011 at 8:10 pm in reply to: protecting the streaming video URL source in the html page source code #34704hghorbanianMemberThanks WZP for you quick respond.
I shall wait for documentation on APR. I am subscribe to a different online video platform where all my video contents are encoded and saved.
I don’t know anything about this APR, any info you can provide for now until the documents become available.
Thanks
hghorbanianMemberGreat post WZP, this is what a good instruction should be….cheers
