getting only a white screen after clicking on encrypted link

Hi,

For some reason I get a white page without anything on the browser after clicking on the encrypted link. The page URL address is correctly masked but the screen I am expecting to see is the login form for user registration on my video hosting platform. The digital product URL link on estore setting is based on what I am told by my hosting in order to goto their registration / login page.

Note that the encryption works if I set it to an static html page on my website or the link to my hosting where the actual playlist is.

Any ideas?

You want to use the URL of a web page as the Digital Product URL?

If that is the case, and you have eStore version 5.6.6 or higher, replace the “http” or “https” part of the URL with either “aprtp” or “aprtps” in the Digital Product URL field.

I am not sure what to answer, the link I put in the digital product URL is:

[https://myhostingcompany.com/users/playlist_register/1632]

If I type this URL on my browser (of course with the right name of my hosting company) I get to the user registration screen which is where I want the user to go.

Hope I could answer you question.

Or how else do you suggest I should do it?
