I just noticed https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/estore-limit-customer-to-buying-one-copy-of-product in Peters reply. Would this still work if there’s no shopping cart or checkout involved?July 23, 2012 at 2:43 am in reply to: eStore/eMember – only allowing a member to download file once #47468
What’s happening is the PDFs have been uploaded as products and then being linked to with [wp_eStore_download_now_button_with_stamping id=x].
But they’re using eMember to build the customer database and they only want members to download the PDF once. There’s no Thank You page or email involved.July 22, 2012 at 7:58 am in reply to: eStore/eMember – only allowing a member to download file once #47466
I’m using eStore, eMember & PDF Stamper. I’m also using the shortcode Ivy posted above. Will the “Download Limit Count” and “Duration of Download Link” settings still apply?July 19, 2012 at 8:16 pm in reply to: eStore/eMember – only allowing a member to download file once #47463
Thanks for the clarification, wzp.
Another question: once that link has expired both in terms of count and duration, is that it? They cannot download it again at all?
I’ll be using Direct PayPal integration for processing renewals.
Awesome. I’ll try that soon.March 21, 2012 at 2:59 am in reply to: Error! SetaPDF_Error Object => Cannot copy file [code] => 14 #43223
Disregard this. The problem was related to having run out of web space.
How do you go about inserting the page redirect into download.php? I know the error I want to modify is ESTORE_DLVS_LEX.
I posted that link in my original post and am aware of it.
I want to skin the error message to be more in line of my site layout and not as a BSOD.
Thanks.February 23, 2012 at 7:53 pm in reply to: Cannot get PDF Stamper to stamp.. White screen only? #42041
That did the trick. Thanks.February 23, 2012 at 1:52 am in reply to: Cannot get PDF Stamper to stamp.. White screen only? #42039
I’ve run into the exact same problem. Have performed a fresh install of the PDF Stamper and I ran the pre-install plug-in to confirm I am capable of running the plugin.
I get the following errors when I run it in debug mode:
[admin deleted the file corruption error message]
Yes, the Transaction ID would be better choice. Thank you for suggesting it.
How difficult would it be to get it implemented?
