Thank you – I chose that plugin because it was one of the few scoring consistently well on codecanyon but thought that there might be the operational and procedural issues you mentioned. Can you suggest any other approaches for social login / registration – the less friction there is for the potential member, the higher the conversion is my thinking.

Hi – yes I had seen that but that seems to be a method for changing their level – I want them to retain a level but add another one. So everyone who is on level 2 gets to be level 2 and level 3. I thought of auto upgrade but I am not sure if auto upgrade would work after a bulk operation.

Could I ask another question – I know that it is possible to bulk change a membership level but is there a way to bulk add a level to a people on a particular level?

Sorry for not being clear.

I have some pages which are available to any member – people just have to register to gain access.

But if a new user buys a premium product, they will get access to the premium pages but not the free pages (because they didn’t sign up for free first).

I know that I could add every membership level to the free pages but I have a lot of membership levels so this would be time-consuming. It would be easiest if there was an “All levels” option.

My thought was to make it so that for any premium product, the free level would automatically be added through auto upgrade. So my questions are:

* when someone buys a second paid product, they will be auto upgraded again – will this cause problems or will emember recognise that they already have the free membership level and ignore.

* also, if I set the Auto Upgrade time to 0 days, will the upgrade take place immediately?
