AutoChimp plugin does this very well for BuddyPress/WordPress users – could this be extended to integrate with eMember?

At a push you might get results if you search for o’neill or o’doherty, however from what I am seeing the search results may not be complete. I have raised a ticket on this and added to another existing one. Hopefully this will be fixed soon as not only does it affect search results, but also data export and in some cases member data is lost.

I had exactly the same issue. I got around this by commenting out a few lines of the file class.emember-bulk-import-member.php

Find the lines with wp_emember_generate_and_mail_password and comment them out – there are 3 instances
