Hi. I am having the same issue. My client’s website has the latest version of WordPress (automatically updated to 4.1.2 just now) and WP eMember (8.9.4). Some members are complaining to my client that they are logging in, getting to the after login page, clicking on a link to another page that is restricted access and are being asked to login again. One member took 6 attempts to reach the page he was trying to open. There are no caching plugins on the website. There is a cookies plugin (EU Cookie Directive) on the website but the member said he had checked the box to accept, which I know can be an issue. I have not been able to repeat the problem.
FionderSpectatorGreat – thank you! The custom CSS plugin is excellent and will make it much easier to customise the look of e-Store and e-Member.
May 30, 2013 at 2:30 pm in reply to: estore Dynamic Coupons in Squeeze form notification emails? #55836FionderSpectatorMany thanks for your reply and advice. Looks like there may be some advances in the flexibility of the squeeze form on the horizon?
FionderSpectatorHi. I have just moved a site from a test domain to the permanent domain, which is on the same server. I used the Backupbuddy plugin to move the site, which should change all links to the new URL, but I am now getting this error message when products are saved. I can do what you suggest above, but am wondering if there is a file somewhere (that the eStore uses for checking the URL validity) where the URL has not been changed for some reason, and whether it would be better to change that?
Thanks.
April 24, 2013 at 9:42 am in reply to: Affiliate – how to deduct VAT before calculating commission #55253FionderSpectatorYes, all transactions are charging VAT. You can see an example product on the test site at [http://acctemp.fionastoreydesign.co.uk/budget-plan-basic-model/] – as you will see the price quoted is £16 which is the price ex VAT – at the checkout a buyer would be charged £19.20 (£16+20%)and this works correctly. However our partner should get 30% of the price excluding VAT (i.e. 30% of £16=£4.20) but the Affiliate program currently allocates 30% of the price including VAT (i.e. 30% of £19.20 = £5.76).
