Is there any possibility to make this dynamic? Or will it be a static thank you page? What happens if the customer wants to buy 8 products? Will there still only be – as in this case three static “product inputs”?

I see this is 4 montsh sence last reply. Were there any progress fixing the requested feature? I also need to collect one unique value per product. I want to collect a username from the customer. But if the person purchases one product, entering the value and updates the cart to more than one product he will not be able to provide me more than one username.
