To do this, I would need to set up 4 different buttons because I have four different prices, correct?

And, how is the recurring payment stopped? Do I do it?

I have just had the same problem. I added a store page: http://mywpworks.com/store. And, I added an icon for the My Calendar ebook I sell. Would that affect it?
