When I sell an ebook, I receive two emails: one from eStore and one from PayPal.
Originally, these emails were set up to send to deborah@the-iassistant.com. Everything worked great. Then I changed the name of my business and my primary email to deborah@mywpworks.com.
I have gone into PayPal and changed the primary email to deborah@mywpworks.com but the PP emails continue to go to deborah@the-iassistant.com. The emails from eStore go to mywpworks. I changed my verified button and have contacted PP support. The emails keep coming to the old email address.
Is this a setting in eStore I am missing?
“Check the ‘business’ variable value in your item button code. The email notification is sent to address that is provided to PayPal by the ‘business’ variable value.”
Under eStore -> Settings -> Payment Gateway Settings -> -> PayPal Settings -> PayPal Email Address/Secure Merchant ID, it should be your new primary address.
