    Thanks for your reply,

    Using Auto Upgrade will works only when the status of account remain “ACTIVE” (it will automatically demote to Free after 30 days.), however when the account status is already “EXPIRED”, then membership become FREE but the status is still EXPIRED, and they cannot have free member access rights.

    I got an error.

    After customer click the link for email confirmation, it will redirect customer to complete their registration.

    However, when they try to complete, by filling in username and password, error message show up saying that their email address already taken (email address is never taken before), and then another notification said registration complete. When I look at the Admin menu –> Members

    They become members without username. Pls help.
