Hello !
Thanks for the answer and sorry for mine late,
I’ve found the solution which is to not use the ID for external functions. You’re right, it does not make sense.
I wanted to thank again the forum and the creator of this plugin, it is very helpful and it works well.
Bye !
croissanceMemberHi,
I know it’s not the best idea but for the moment that was the “best” compromise. What could be the solution then ? Thanks !
croissanceMemberHello,
I had the same issue and now that I’ve got the id via PHPMyAdmin, I don’t have the expiry date.
The columns expiry_1st and 2nd are empty and I need it + ID to create member cards.
Can you help me ?
croissanceMemberOk I’ve found the plugin that causes the problems and deleted it so I can receive my new password throught the Forgot password button : YEARH
BUT as I mentioned it in my mail to you, there is a lot of members that can not log in with the password sent automatically after the bulk importation (“empty or invalid”).
At first I thought it was their fault because I could login with the same password but now I have someone who just wrote me and I can’t log in either… So… sometimes it works, sometimes not.
October 13, 2015 at 7:28 pm in reply to: eMember – Problem when importing csv comma with accent in Member Bulk Import #71523croissanceMemberHello,
It was actually a bad encoded file…
I had to open the csv in Notepad, make the conversion and replace every ; by a comma…
It’s not very handy but it works now. WOUH !
Thanks everyone, now I have to deal with a reset password mail not received…
See you in another topic maybe !

Thanks for the fast answer and the tips, I’ve just imported the csv and it seems like it does not work either.
The word where and accent appears (e.g: Montréal) displays only the letters before the accents : Montr
Then, it does not take into account the Membership level (left blank) and I have a problem with the Expiry Date field during the importation (phpMyAdmin says that the name is not good but I put Membership Expiry has mentionned in the template I’ve downloaded and tested lots of other name…).
What do you propose ? Thanks.
