Thanks for responding. I do understand the info above, but I need them to be able to select more than one answer for the question. For example:

For the question: Favorite Pet?

The choices could be: cat, dog, bird, fish

I’d like them to be able to select either just one answer (i.e. cat) or multiple answers (i.e. cat, dog, bird)

Is this possible?

Any update on when the addon for this might be available? Really need this to make this great plugin work perfectly for a site I’m working on.
