I purchased and installed everything and when I use the short code offered, I get this message when I click on it:

This merchant is no longer authorized to offer this Payment plan.Please contact the merchant or choose another product.

Please help!

Thank you for the info. Having that would be great!

I followed the instructions but I can seem to locate estore-paypal-installment.zip anywhere. Where would it be? It is not saved on my computer. Do I need to purchase something additional?

Okay. Do I just cancel in the Member info of eMember?

In line with this question, say I have a member that I offer a special price to while they are also a private coaching client. They no longer continue as a private coaching client, so the special price is not valid. Can I change their recurring membership price to the new rate or do I have to cancel their membership and then they will have to create a new one to restart at the new rate or can they keep their current membership info but have it changed to the higher rate?
