Yes, come to think of it, I think one of your admins logged in and added this on the site for us.
I can’t see anything within Stripe to add a telephone field. It did use to save them prior to the plugin update though.
Just to confirm – we did have the telephone field working prior to updating the payment bundle plugin to the SCA version.
I’d forgotten about this and can’t remember whether we resolved it back then or not. However, I can no longer find that email unless the email wasn’t sent from tipsandtricks address??.
Earlier this year we updated the payment bundle plugin for Stripe to include SCA which the initially purchased plugin didn’t cover. Could this be why the telephone number field is not showing?
Could you resend the email if it contains instructions on how I can add this please?
Just to let you know it was a SSL issue and it’s now resolved. Many thanks for your help.
Thanks for this. I think the server is the issue. As It has worked previously, unless stripe have updated something, the webhooks are set up. Funnily enough we are now getting a message displaying quickly when visiting the site saying “Please wait whilst we verify your request” on every page.
Server support been contacted.

I’ve tried this, I’ve put a test order through and nothing is showing in any of the logs. Completely blank pages. Yet the order has gone through and showing in Stripe. No email confirmation and no record of the transaction. No email logs from the site either so nothing is being .
Can someone log in to the site and look into this please? How can I share login details with you?
