Good news: the upgrade notification came! Thanks so much!
I have just one minor question:
It looks like the email tokens are not working with this email as they do with other emails (like Registration Complete). For instance, I am seeing:
Dear {first_name} {last_name}
Rather than the actual values for these tokens, like:
Dear John Doe
Do the tokens simply not work with the email upgrade notification, or is there an another issue perhaps?

I’ve upgraded to v7.5.6 and created a new member – I’ll keep you posted about the upgrade notification (have to wait day for upgrade to happen).

Unfortunately, editing and saving the auto-upgrade email notification template did not seem to do the trick. No members received the notification.
I filled out the site access form you emailed me. If you guys could take a look when you get a chance I would be really grateful. Thanks so much!
browndogMemberHmmm…I only realized that there was a new email setting for auto-upgrade yesterday. So I’m not 100% sure that a member has been auto-upgraded since I modified this template and re-saved the email settings. I will wait to see what happens today before bothering you guys again with my site long details, etc.

Unfortunately our initial test member still did not receive the upgrade notification email at any time yesterday. However, we are testing another member whose account should be upgraded today, and I will keep you posted.
browndogMemberUnless, perhaps, the upgrade notification emails only go out once per day, and the email just hasn’t gone out for the members upgraded today?

I’ve uploaded a new build of the plugin and selected the checkbox to “Enable Automatic Upgrade Email Notification.” However, my test members have not received the email when auto-upgraded. Is there another setting I’m missing?
