Hello,

Any idea about which code to put for the French language?

I followed your instruction and I put :

$myPaypal->addField(‘lc’, ‘FR’);

$myPaypal->addField(‘cmd’, ‘_cart’);

but it didn’t work.

I’ve also tried:

$myPaypal->addField(‘lc’, ‘fr_FR’);

$myPaypal->addField(‘cmd’, ‘_cart’);

but also didn’t work

I went to the site : [https://cms.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/?&cmd=_render-content&content_ID=developer/e_howto_api_nvp_country_codes] but didn’t find any info about the language code.

Thanks, it finally works.

I added the plugin “eStore Extra Short Codes”, and I put the URL followed by this code ?wp_eStore_buy_now=6

and it works fine on the image.

By the way, I showed your plugin (wp-payment-gateway-bundle-plugin) to Paypal Japan and here is their answer :

“As I mentioned earlier, PayPal Pro and WPP are different service.

It seems that the plugin doesn’t support Web Payment Plus WPP, but I’m not sure about it.

Please ask the platform provider if their platform supports WPP or not.”

I checked with Japanese Paypal staff to add the credit card payment option, on my sales page.

Here is their answer :

“I’ve heard that you are considering using Web Payment Pro.

Unfortunately, Web Payment Pro is a service that is offered only in US and Canada and not in Japan.

We have Web Payment Plus (WPP) that is similar to Web Payment Pro.

If the platform you are using supports WPP, Please consider the service.”

So does eStore or any add on plugin supports Web Payment Plus (WPP)?

And how to install it?

If you have any suggestion, videos or tutoriel, I’d be pleased to have it.

Hello everyone,

With eStore plugin, I’ve created a sales page for a video course.

On the purchase page I want to offer the choice to buy an upsell with a package offer : product 1 + product 2

When I go to settings I can only choose 1 Return URL… but depending on which digital product they would buy, I would need to send them to a different thank you page.

The thank you page will give them direction on how to access the video course they’ve chosen.

How can I set the specific thank you pages URL for each product within a same sales page? So that immediately after going through Paypal they get redirected to the right thank you page.

The only place I ve found for the thank you page is on the setting Return URL… and it cannot be the same for different products.

I ve been watching most videos looking for the answer, but I really couldn’t find any.

Looking forward to hearing you advice.

My paypal account is based in Japan.

The person spoke good English and I repeated what he said so he could confirm that was right…

According to him, it takes almost 1 month to install that web payment + service.

Probably Japan has its own rules.

What about the plugin that enable credit card payment system within the site?

Would that work ?

Hello Key,

I just called Paypal and I explained them the situation.

They said : to get the credit card payment option, I have to subscribe to the “web payment +” Paypal service which cost about $30 per month.

They said that it will work only with the 1 time payment.

The recurring payment only works with payment through Paypal… This is what they said.

What do you think?

I went into the eStore_advanced_configs.php to force the language into FR = French

Now I have everything in French which is great, but it seems that the credit card payment is not available anymore.

Even to buy in 1 time…

Here is the payment page :

It says “Créez un compte PayPal. Et payez par carte bancaire” which means “Create a Paypal account. And pay by credit card”

How I can make the credit card payment option available?

Do I have to ask directly to Paypal or can I fix it through eStore plugin?

I m offering 2 or 3 times payment so it’s easier for people to buy the product.

The price feels cheaper then.

I dont understand what you mean by “installment payments”.

Is it the same as recurring payment?

How does it work?

Actually it s for a digital product.

I have 2 more questions about the recurrent payment option, if you dont mind:

1. Let’s say I offer a 3 times payment for a digital product.

Customer buys the product with Paypal, but once he gets access to the product, can he stops the next 2 payments easily?

Do I have a protection that the next 2 payment will be made?

2. If the customer buys 1 time, Paypal offers the credit card payment option.

With the recurrent payment it seems that the only option is Paypal payment and no credit card…

Can’t I use the credit card option with recurrent payment?
