I’m having problems with mine, I used the Media Uploader to upload my pictures, but when I turn on the Smart Thumbnail feature it does not show any pictures at all, what am I doing wrong? Can someone help? Thanks

Ok, after talking to my host, here is some more information on what is taking place:

When I download the file from the direct link it works fine, but when I use the encrypted link it somehow glitches and does not download the whole file.

The File is 456kb, when I start downloading everything works fine until it reaches 454kb and it stops and does not continue to download.

My host provider took at look at the process and stuff and says it might be the plug in setting or a glitch that is causing it. Again thank you for your help.

My host says that the script is sending out a different file version than what I uploaded to my server.

Are you using PDF Stamper with eStore? – No

Can you directly download the file, using the unencrypted product URL? – Yes

Is the downloaded file, the same size as the original? – Just realized it’s not, what could this be?
