July 8, 2013 at 2:06 pm in reply to: How to limit the total number of items in shopping cart? #56475DanMember
Just found this related post. Is this what I need to do but edit it to 3 instead of 1?

DanMemberNovember 5, 2012 at 12:10 pm in reply to: How to add a "customer id" shortcode to order confirmation emails? #50650DanMemberDanMemberAlso, is there any shortcode for this?
Because once the a company buys a product from my website, the auto-generated email sent out will also serve as an invoice so it needs to contain the company name of the buyer.
Thanks again.
DanMemberHi amin007.
Can you please clarify if by using the Paypal option like you mentioned, the information would also appea in eShop backend or would it just be visible from my Paypal account?
Thanks

Is this the same as the “customer id” field or is it a different one.
I ask this because I have already sold a few products so my “customer id” field is now 3. If I use the {counter} shortcode will it continue from 4 or will it start from 1 again?
Thanks a lot!
DanMemberI understand.
Can you please just confirm if the amount shown on the eStore’s stats includes tax?
Thanks!
DanMemberthanks
DanMemberThanks for explaining.
Most importantly, at the moment on my “manage customer” screen it only shows the order amount excluding tax which means that if I try to match those records with what I actually made they do not match.
My accountant needs this information for auditing purposes and so we can tally up the online sales and bank account balance.
I hope this makes sense. Thanks!
DanMemberCount me in
DanMemberAlso, under “Price Paid” in the “Manage Customers” section it only shows $10, not $12 which is the total paid by customer ($10 + 20% = $12). How can I fix this?
DanMemberHi,
I actually need help with the same thing.
I’m using WPeStore and WPaffiliate and the button has been created with eStore (I just have 1 button).
Looking forward to hear from you on this.
DanMemberSeparate question (still using the example above):
And if they then add a manual 30% OFF will the system ignore the previous rules and give the highest discount amount (in this case 30%)?
Thanks again. I’m just trying to make sense of it all.
DanMemberThanks for that answer. it’s clear.
Regarding the second answer “it ‘s one or the other”, which criteria is followed?
For example: if I have these two automated rules:
value over $200 gets 10% off
value over $500 gets 20% off
If the user buys $500 worth of goods does he get 20% for sure (ignoring the first 10% rule)?
Thanks
DanMemberAlso, if I have 2 automated discount coupons can both be triggered at the same time (or it’s either one or the other)?
Thanks again.
