H there – I downloaded the latest version of Photo Seller yesterday and had a similar issue to the one described by Janet. I loaded photos into my Photo Seller gallery, and I was able to see the individual images after I clicked on my gallery image, but then when I clicked on one of the individual images to browse through the rest, or when I clicked Add to Cart, I got an error message pertaining to memory. When I asked my host to increase my memory limit to 128Mb and upload file size to 20Mb, the error message went away, but my Product Details was just a blank page. My photo file size was less than 1Mb, but my pixel dimensions were higher than Janet mentions in her above post. When I cut my pixel dimensions in half, the problem was solved (yeah!), but now I would like to increase my pixel dimensions a little bit to display the best possible quality images in my gallery. What are the maximum pixel dimensions recommended? Also I did not find Help documentation in my zip file – is there a Help folder? Thanks!
