WP Lightbox ultimate POP up not responding

I just updated to a new responsive theme and now the plugin does not seen to work. I am using the latest version of WP Lightbox Ultimate. I use a graphic to trigger the popup and the video is an mp4.

I am using amazon s3 and have opened the page for you to have a look.

You have numerous javascript errors on your site which are probably coming from your theme or another plugin and which are affecting the lightbox plugin.
