When new affiliates go to [https://betterstopsmoking.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-affiliate-platform/affiliates/] enter their details and press ‘sign up’ they get redirected to the sign-up page. There is no indication that you have successfully signed up.

If you now hit the affiliate login link and attempt to sign in nothing happens – you get back to the same login page..

If you try again with the same credentials it works the second time.

This sounds very odd so I have tried it a number of times to be sure it isn’t finger trouble our end..

Also the email to the affiliate starts “Dear {first_name},” and ends “{first_name}”.

    We use wp-affliliate, cart66 and PDFstamper .

It would be great if someone knows what to do about this!

It looks like you have done some customization and I am pretty sure some of those customization has gone wrong. Take a backup of what you did then do the following:

Re-install or Load a Fresh Copy of the Plugin(s)

Now test a signup before you do any customization. How does the signup work when you do that?

    Hi I’m using Divi theme

    Wordpress 4.7.3

    PHP 5.6

When a new affiliate goes to [http://www.rebellescreatives.com/partners-2] click the register button, they can create a new profile and they will receive the confirmation email message with itheir login informations.

On the other hand, after their registration when entering their access codes, they are

redirected there systematically: [http://www.rebellescreatives.com/partenaires-2?wp_affiliate_view=members_only] where they can oly see the homepage (not their profile)

I already tried to delete the plugin and did asked for an update and reinstall the plugin but I still have the same issue.

On my side as the admin, when I use my test profile

    User name : henrie234

    Password : Cochons1

I can access my profile but once connected I can not disconnect anymore.

Can you please help me thank you.

There is a plugin conflict or PHP Session or caching issue going on.

First try the following test to see if it is a plugin conflict:

Thank you for your quick answer.

To be sure that the problem is not due to a conflict between plugins or a cashing issue. I installed a new wordpress site on new subdomain.

I deleted all the plugins that there was by default on the site and I installed Wp affiliate on this new site: [http://affiliation.rebellescreatives.com/home/]

Then, to test, I create a new profile:

    Id: henri4

    Password: Cochons1

But it still gives me the same result. For my part, as admin, once connected, I can no longer disconnect. And for affiliates, they still can not connect to their profile. They are automatically redirected to the home page to create their profile.

Regarding the PHP version, did verify with my hosting provider Bluehost, they said I have the latest version on my server wich is 5.6

Then the PHP session on this site needs to be fixed. The following post has some explanation:

    PHP Session not Working Correctly

Ask your hosting provider to look at the PHP session of this site.
