WP Affiliate – Affiliate Sales Not Being Logged

Hi,

One of our affiliates is a therapist and he has sent clients to our site through the WP Affiliate plugin, and the clients have then bought products. But he hasn’t received his commission for any of these sales. He’s given me a list of clients who were referred to our site and it matches up with orders that were placed at the same time, so there’s no doubt he’s referring these people.

I’ve checked the affiliate URL he’s using and it’s definitely correct (and hits are being logged, just no sales).

To be honest this is quite worrying and it reflects badly on me as well as the software.

I’d appreciate some help in remedying this problem. Thanks for your time.
