Hi,
We received info from an affiliate that s/he failed to login the affiliate portal. Then we checked the WP admin dashboard -> WP Affiliate -> Manage affiliates -> Affiliate Details. All the affiliate IDs can’t be found. Then we tried to register a new affiliate account. We went through all the process and it showed the registration was successful but failed to login with this new account. It seems that some information is missing or the database is not accessible. However, under Sales/Comm Data section, we can still see the history. Please help! Thanks!
June 2, 2020 at 9:36 pm #80644wzpModeratorAre you using any kind of caching plugins?
What do you mean by “All the IDs can’t be found”? If an affiliate profile is not there then that record was deleted or maybe the affiliate forgot his ID and giving you an incorrect one.
If you register for an affiliate account (just as a test), do you see that affiliate profile in the admin dashboard area?
June 3, 2020 at 4:08 am #80645scope1MemberYes. We are using caching plugins autoptimize. All the affiliate profiles can’t be found in the admin dashboard. Where is the profile information saved? Not in the database?
June 3, 2020 at 10:31 pm #80646wzpModeratorYes. We are using caching plugins autoptimize.
The only two caching plugins that we “officially” support are WP Super Cache and W3 Total Cache:
- WP Super Cache:
- W3 Total Cache:

For any other caching plugin, you must determine if they can be configured in the same manner as the supported plugins.
Where is the profile information saved?
Yes, in the WP database. Please fix the caching issue first.
June 4, 2020 at 12:42 am #80647adminKeymasterAll the profiles are saved in the database. All those profiles will also be visible in the “Manage Affiliates” menu. You can search for a particular profile. If a profile is missing (that you know was present before) then it means the profile was deleted.
Do the following test to make sure the normal account creation process is working correctly on your site:
If you register for an affiliate account (just as a test), do you see that affiliate profile in the admin dashboard area?

June 4, 2020 at 6:23 pm #80649wzpModeratorUsing phpMyAdmin, can you see the affiliate entries in the affiliates_tbl database table? If you see entries, then nothing is being deleted.
An improperly configured cache can prevent you from seeing what you are supposed to see (because you maybe seeing cached values).
