Unable to save changes to settings

i have just purchased WP estore. Going through the settings to change them relevant to where i am based i am unable to save them. On clicking save i get taken back to my dashboard, re clicking on settings none of the changes have been made. i get the message session timed out, i have used barely 2 seconds of time to make the changes
