Simplepress forum still visible for expired members

Hi!

I have a problem with eMember.

I have Simplepress setup as the forum on a dedicated page. I also have eMember content protection on this page.

The forum page content is still visible to expired users – how can I change this?

I read it has to do with Simplepress not being shown in the body of the page, but outside the main content, and eMember won’t protect that part. Here is a similar thread from 6 years ago:

Please use the following protection option on the page where you have simplepress forum:

https://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wordpress-membership/wp-emember-protection-how-to-enable-site-wide-protection-342

The “Lockdown Specific Pages” option will help you apply the lockdown to that page only.
