So far the WP Affiliate plugin has been seemless and quite intuitive. There are a few issues where I need support

* Not receiving the email which is generated indicating a new signup

* The email the affiliate receives is missing the url for the affiliate page login

* Registration is working however when you go into settings to Manage affiliates there is nothing there. The new registrants are not appearing.

What version of the affiliate plugin are you using?

Please enable debug from the settings menu of the plugin then share the content of the “wp_affiliate_debug.log” file after you try a signup.

Thanks admin but I was able to work everything out. It was because the url had been changed for redirects

We bought WP-e-store, and the general settings we changed, the Currency simbol.

Hi,

I just made my first test purchase using an affiliate link which I created. We are using WP Affiliate with Paypal

* Purchase was made and debited from my paypal account

* emails of sale were received

* Click was registered within the affiliate account but not the sale.

* Does it matter if the Paypal account which made the payment is from a bank account and there is a delay for the transaction to be approved?

When I login to wordpress3.3.1 and go to WP Affiliate settings there is no record of sale. Is there some kind of delay before its recorded or should the sale be reflected immediately.

Could someone help me. If you need more information please let me know.

This link, wich you send me is not the answer for my problem. Please tell me how to set the right way, that the simbol (Ft) is became the amount (500 Ft. and NOT ft500. Have I write something in the php settings?

Another queston: In the variation box I write the coulor name,should I take near the words a box like this real colour? Now I use a jpg. picter, to show the colour. Its wrong. I want to write eg. red and the red buttom next to.

The plugin will only award the commission when it receives a transaction complete message. Pending payment transactions won’t award the commission. More info here:

@ Admin . The Paypal PDT Identity token was not configured with the WP Affiliate plugin which I believe if I understand correctly is also needed
