How come after a purchase is made neither me or the customer receives any email other then the one Paypal sends confirming the payment made.

Log into your paypal account and check the following settings:
1) “Auto Return” (this should be enabled)
2) “Payment Data Transfer” (this should be enabled)
3) “Instant Payment Notification (IPN)” (this should be enabled).
4) make sure that UTF-8 formatting is enabled as per https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/some-characters-and-text-not-recognizable-in-the-notification-email
Photo seller side:
1) In Payment Gateway Settings make sure you have entered your paypal email and also the PDT identity token.

If you do see the recent orders but got no email for them then you should perform the following steps:

July 12, 2016 at 5:04 am #66861adminKeymasterWe have made a few little enhancements that you should get when you load a fresh new copy. It is a good practice to load a fresh new copy if you are hitting some issues. The following page has explanation as to why it is a good starting point:

Do a test transaction after that and share your log file so we can check if the plugin is receiving notification from your PayPal account.
