Hi
everything I wanted to tell is in the topic.
April 22, 2016 at 12:23 am #73089PeterMemberPlease check that you have the following setup correctly:
Log into your paypal account and check the following settings:
1) “Auto Return” (this should be enabled)
2) “Payment Data Transfer” (this should be enabled)
3) “Instant Payment Notification (IPN)” (this should be enabled).
4) UTF-8 formatting enabled as per https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/some-characters-and-text-not-recognizable-in-the-notification-email
Photo seller side:
1) In Payment Gateway Settings make sure you have entered your paypal email and also the PDT identity token.
Also, enable logging for the photo seller just in case we need to see some logs.
May 18, 2016 at 8:18 pm #73090marcinMemberAll is just like you wrote.
Yesterday someone bought a complete gallery of photos and I know it only because PayPal informed me. No email althoug it’s configured and no info in the general overview.
The other thing is is, that clients do not get a download link after having paid
May 18, 2016 at 11:42 pm #73091PeterMemberHi,
Did you have debug enabled at the time?
Can you please create a dummy gallery for me which has a complete gallery price of $0.01 and then send me the link to that gallery and I will make a full purchase to see the behaviour?
May 19, 2016 at 2:57 pm #73092marcinMemberHere’s the gallery
[http://studiopm.pl/photogallery/gallery50/]
I enabled the log after I noticed the problem.
BTW – is there a possibility to generate a link to download the whole gallery?
I noticed I can do this with a single photo.
May 19, 2016 at 11:48 pm #73093PeterMemberI just remembered that I forgot to tell you to grab a fresh version of the plugin:
https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/re-install-or-load-a-fresh-build-of-the-plugins
After you have installed a fresh version let me know.
Paypal has recently made changes to their API which meant we also had to change our code slightly.
May 20, 2016 at 9:23 pm #73094marcinMemberDone.
What now?
And what about the link to the gallery?
BR
May 20, 2016 at 10:50 pm #73095marcinMemberJust saw your aquisition. Now it works.
Did you receive the download link?
May 20, 2016 at 11:44 pm #73096PeterMemberYes I got the email with the download links. Looks like everything is workng ok.
I did notice that I wasn’t automatically redirected back from paypal to your site. I did my test using my iPad. I might try another purchase using my PC later to verify the behaviour.
May 21, 2016 at 12:04 am #73097PeterMemberI also see a warning message on your gallery page which is coming from the photo seller plugin. I have sent you an email with an updated zip file to address this.
