Photo Details page error message after moving from shared hosting to VPS

I just moved my website from shared hosting to VPS platform. Actually, my host’s tech support team handled the move. Now there’s an error message on my Photo Details page. I contacted my host’s tech support and they said that sometimes plugins get deactivated during the move, but that was not the case. PhotoSeller is still active. How can I fix this? Let’s first get you up to the latest version of the plugin.

Please deactivate and delete the current version of photo seller and grab the latest as per this link:

When you’ve done that let us know if you still get the error and if so please post it again so we can see the line numbers.

Hi Peter – Tech support from the host company investigated a little further and said “It looks like the database import that we pulled from the previous account was missing some data”. They re-imported and everything works fine now so I didn’t deactivate/delete/install the latest version of the plugin. Is the latest version a ‘beta’ version? If it’s beta, then I can just wait for the next regular update.

Is the latest version a ‘beta’ version?

The latest version of photo seller is a full release…but if you’re happy with the current version then continue using it.
