Please don’t share your license key here. You simply go to the following URL then fill in the form (you can specify your license key in the message body section):

Hi guys!

I found this old post, and just wanted to let you know I’m having a similar issue today. I’ve installed it on a testing site, but I had restore the site from a backup, and now the license is showing invalid (in the same domain). I’m using sub domains (DEV and TEST) in the primary domain to do development work.

So I installed the plugin on the same domain where it was previously activated, so that I can deactivate – but when I add the license, it gives me the invalid license error.

I’ve already submitted a request via the contact form, but just wanted to state my problem here – perhaps as the means to add my feature request – to allow the add the license back to the same domain so that we can deactivate, and install on another site.

Appreciate the help on this amazing product.

There is an option to deactivate the key in the product license menu (the same menu where you activated the license). When you deactivate a license it will free it up and then it can be used again.
