    WP eStore Version v6.9.3

    WP Payment Gateway Bundle Version 1.5.8

    Extra Shortcodes for WP eStore Version 4.4.9

    Firstly thanx for making this plugin, it solves a lot of issues for me :)

    ISSUE:

    After the customer enters their Billing Information into the Collect Details page, it refreshes back to the Collect Details page, waits for a while, then launches eWay.

    To the client it looks like the submit button isn’t working… then after a few seconds it responds.

    Is there an option for it to refresh to a ‘loading’ screen rather than going back to ‘collect details’?

    We have made some changes to the gateway bundle addon that should address this. Please download a new copy of the gateway bundle addon to see the new change.

    I tried both methods but was sent a link to download WP eStore, not the Payment Gateway Bundle…

    That means you purchased that product using a different email address. So when asking for update, use that correct email address and you will get that product. Alternatively, contact us using the contact form on the site so we can combine your email addresses and update our customer record.
