Hi!
The last 48 hours or so orders are not showing in “Manage Customers”. I get email notifications from Paypal and the WordPress mail functions sends me an email – but “Manage Customers” is not updated.
eStore version: 6.2.5 (i’m not selling downloads).
The only change i have done recently is transfering the site to a new server and switched nameservers. But my email Paypal email seems to be working fine.
Any ideas? (My site: http://realtrafficsource.com)
This is a database related issue. The plugin is failing to insert the value into the customers database. When you move servers it is very easy to mess up a database table if you miss a thing or two. This posts should help:
Also, try loading a fresh build of the plugin as it might help aligning the database table columns (make sure to deactivate and reactivate the plugin):
