Nothing happens when I click add to cart

Hey everyone,

Brand new and set everything up today with WP eStore. I am using a Solostream WP theme. Followed video tutorials and read thru message board. My issue is when I click “add to cart” it doesn’t produce shopping cart. Here is my site that is in very early stage: [http://cvfashion.com/]

No it does not work with default WP theme either. When I click add to cart..it spins then produces the same page.

I don’t see any shopping cart on your page. Where have you placed the following shortcode (post a link to that page)?

I am having the same problem

Server has been setup

plugins have been turned off

I am not using a caching plugin

I have sent that post to the server people What should I tell them exactly so they will fix it right? If you watched the video I sent I show the emails that I got from them. Thank you for your help.

Thank you. Yeah its confirmed that PHP session is not working on this site. Either the PHP session configuration is incorrect which only your web host can fix. Or you have another plugin that is breaking your PHP session. You can do this test to eliminate the 2nd possibility:

It is not the theme or plugins so exactly what do I tell the server company? I do not know what to tell them.

Tell them the following:

My PHP session is not working correctly. The session values are not getting stored. All the PHP session values are getting erased/deleted on every page load which is not suppose to happen. Please correct the PHP session setup for my server.
