Hey everyone,
Brand new and set everything up today with WP eStore. I am using a Solostream WP theme. Followed video tutorials and read thru message board. My issue is when I click “add to cart” it doesn’t produce shopping cart. Here is my site that is in very early stage: [http://cvfashion.com/]
Thanks in advance
Carl
April 8, 2012 at 12:45 pm #43866wzpModeratorDoes it work, using the default WP, or any other, theme?
April 8, 2012 at 3:44 pm #43867overtonisMemberhello,
No it does not work with default WP theme either. When I click add to cart..it spins then produces the same page.
April 9, 2012 at 5:17 am #43868adminKeymasterI don’t see any shopping cart on your page. Where have you placed the following shortcode (post a link to that page)?
[wp_eStore_cart]

November 3, 2012 at 10:02 am #43871salomon990MemberI have sent that post to the server people What should I tell them exactly so they will fix it right? If you watched the video I sent I show the emails that I got from them. Thank you for your help.
November 3, 2012 at 9:46 pm #43872salomon990MemberI did this [http://www.levellok.com/t2] from this post https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/nothing-gets-added-to-my-cart-when-i-click-add-to-cart#post-41453 If that helps
November 4, 2012 at 7:16 am #43873adminKeymasterAlso place the following shortcode on this page [http://www.levellok.com/t2/] so we can view the content of the shopping cart after I add an item to the cart:
[wp_eStore_cart]

November 5, 2012 at 3:12 am #43875adminKeymasterThank you. Yeah its confirmed that PHP session is not working on this site. Either the PHP session configuration is incorrect which only your web host can fix. Or you have another plugin that is breaking your PHP session. You can do this test to eliminate the 2nd possibility:

November 5, 2012 at 11:20 am #43876salomon990MemberIt is not the theme or plugins so exactly what do I tell the server company? I do not know what to tell them.
November 6, 2012 at 1:12 am #43877salomon990MemberWhat should I tell them to do?
November 6, 2012 at 4:26 am #43878adminKeymasterTell them the following:
My PHP session is not working correctly. The session values are not getting stored. All the PHP session values are getting erased/deleted on every page load which is not suppose to happen. Please correct the PHP session setup for my server.
Who is your hosting provider?
