Two quick questions:

1) Are you using a caching plugin?

2) Is the PHP session on your server working correctly?

No caching system and the session works fine on my other website on the same server. Is there a test I should do to assess the PHP session on this site?

Just googled session testing scripts and uploaded and they work fine…

You have placed the shopping cart on the widget or added a shortcode similar to the following to display the shopping cart on the page right?

[wp_eStore_cart]

Answer for my second question…

Go to gallery, options, click on the gallery tab at the top.

Untick – integrate slideshow. Save changes.
