Hey guys i just noticed last night on my site http://resources.rest-ministries.org. I got a sale and the only way i knew it was because of the paypal email. I didnt get an email from estore like i normally do. the person bought a PDF that should have been stamped. There was no record of the sale in estore at all. so i dont believe the customer even got the file. so i did some testing.
I found that if i decheck the option to stamp the product then i could buy the product just fine and all was good. so i got to looking at the PDF stamper and saw that there were no files that it had stamped. I tried manually stamping and got nothing. i didnt get an error message or anything at all. it just goes to a blank screen that says “WP PDF Stamper – Manual Stamping” at the top.
I tried de activating the plug in and deleting it and reinstalling that didnt help. I even tried getting rid of all the stamper SQL entries and then re activating it and it didnt help.
Any help would be much appreciated

i even used the test.pdf and same result.
December 8, 2011 at 3:45 am #39349adminKeymasterThe symptom looks like a running out of RAM memory type issue. Has you hosting provider lowered the PHP RAM memory? Check your PHP.ini file or ask your hosting to see what you PHP memory limit is set to now.
December 8, 2011 at 3:49 pm #39350xpunkxMemberI looked at the php.ini and it looks like memory_limit = 64M
December 9, 2011 at 6:37 am #39351adminKeymasterHow big your PDF file. If the PDF file is not that big then 64MB RAM is good enough but if the file is large then it will need a bit more RAM to be able to process the request. Are you using the PDF Encryption?
Also do the following to get this out of the way:

December 9, 2011 at 1:42 pm #39352xpunkxMemberThe file is only 672KB so not big! I also tested with the test pdf that is included at https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/an-error-occurred-while-trying-to-stamp-the-file-pdf-file-creation-checklist
I deactivated the plugin deleted
got a fresh copy and followed the instructions and made sure it was in binary mode during the transfer and still no luck
December 10, 2011 at 3:49 am #39353adminKeymasterOkay I will need to investigate this on your site… I have sent you an email to get site access so I can check it out.
December 13, 2011 at 7:36 am #39354adminKeymasterWhen I enter the URL of the PDF file in the browser’s address bar adobe shows an error and the file doesn’t open (this would stop PDF Stamper from being able to open the file). I have sent you a screenshot of the error in the email so you can see it. Please make sure your PDF file is created properly with correct formatting. More details on this here:
December 16, 2011 at 4:58 am #39355adminKeymasterTurned out that you have a plugin called “WP eStore coupon plugin” (maybe you are developing this plugin?) which is doing some things to mess up the PDF Stamper library. Include all the code for this plugin inside a function or a class otherwise it is getting executed on every page when a submit button is created (also give the submit button a unique name).
I deactivated this plugin and then tested the stamping which is working fine now.
December 16, 2011 at 1:07 pm #39356xpunkxMemberYes thank you very much for your support with the issue. you are correct i am developing that plugin. it is meant so the owner of the site can easily coupon codes in bulk if they want. (they dont actually log into wp). And i had a PDF library i was using to send them the created coupon codes in a pdf in an email. I will have to rework this plugin. again thanks for all your work on this.
i always tell people to use your plugins because they are real good and the support is excellent
January 21, 2012 at 12:17 am #39357zoommultisportMemberI am having the same issue. I went through the troubleshooting steps, including changing my theme and deactivating all of my plugins (except for Stamper). It still just gave me a blank screen with “WP PDF Stamper – Manual Stamping” at the top after each attempt.
The file size is 72KB. I also have 64M. Please help! Thanks!
January 21, 2012 at 6:24 am #39358adminKeymasterWhat version of PDF stamper are you using?
January 21, 2012 at 3:57 pm #39359zoommultisportMember4.0.9
January 22, 2012 at 5:05 am #39360adminKeymasterOkay, I will send you an email to get site access so I can check it out.
January 24, 2012 at 6:32 am #39361adminKeymasterOne of the PDF stamper files was corrupted. I uploaded a fresh copy to your site using the WordPress plugin uploader and it is working fine now.
