Not Stamping but no errors

I’m having the same problem. I’m using Version 4.1.0

I’ve got the same issue with the manual stamper simply returning a page that otherwise would show the stamped link but doesn’t. There are also no error messages. I have also gone through the troubleshooting checklist and installed a fresh build of the plugin with all other plugins deactivated.

we are not running out of memory as we have allocated 256MB in php.ini (mem issues return an error message)

Please advise.

I face the same problem with this configuration :

WP PDF Stamper Version 4.1.8

WordPress Version: 3.4

PHP Version: 5.3.6

MySQL Version: 5.1.58-log

Web Server Info: Apache

GD Support: Yes

PHP Memory Limit: 128M

test file : 145 Ko

Could you please help me for that ?

Just installed eStore and the Stamper program. The store front works fine, gives me the pdf file purchased through PayPal, but the Stamper did not work.

There is nothing on the the PDF on the link in the email.

I tried using the Manual Stamping and it just sits there saying “WP PDF Stamper – Manual Stamping” and doesn’t do anything. There are no files stamped to be found. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled and used the min requirement checker. I have Ion Cube, 256 MBs and the CURL library.

I just bought the plugins yesterday so they are the current version.

I thought it might be a theme issues so I installed the latest version of twenty ten and switched to that and still get the same thing, nothing happens when I use Manual Stamping.

That means the stamper plugin is not working well on this site. Lets identify the root cause of it. Did you go through the following checklist already?

How big is your PDF file?

Okay, I switched to stamping method 2 in the settings and the manual stamping works now.
