eMember – Issue with login, the member appears logged out

Hello

Few users (maybe 5 on 400 users) reports me they had some difficulty to login.

Notice than i use the Enable Fancy Login Widget/Popup

They put their id and password, the page load correctly but they still appear logout.

It’s hard for me to find the solution because i don’t have this issue myself (and i try with different browser firefox, chrome, internet explorer, safari…)

I use a cache plugin call wp rocket.

That cache plugin that you are using could be an issue. We only support the following two caching plugin:

Do you think the cache plugin is the only one involve on this issue because for majority of users they can login without any troubles.

Do you have specifics, as to the type of browser and versions used by those experiencing problems?

For these few users: Chrome (don’t know if they had last version of it), opera (last version) and internet explorer (don’t know which version but i assume above .

very hard to find what cause this issue for this small amount of users

Just out of curiosity… what version of emember are you using now?

Wp emember 8.8.1

Wp emember downgrade account: 1.1 (in case this addon have some upgrade too)

I have another user who try with IE and Chrome (again, the guy is not techie at all so he didn’t gave me which version he used)

I will try to desactivate the cache plugin for the day and see if it help

Maybe instructions in the htacess injected by the cache plugin is the source of trouble?

Deactivate the cache plugin for a day and then let us know if you still encounter this.

this is what i did exactly and user had no problem to connect. I will run another day with cache plugin still disable but i will put back all information in the htaccess
