If a member wants to upgrade or downgrade their membership, how does eMember handle this? Is there a member “My Account” page that this all happens on?
Also, once an up.downgrade occurs, how does eMember handle the proration of payment?

Upgrades to emembership levels:
If a member upgrades to another subscription level; they must manually cancel their existing subscription, with the payment processor. No prorating takes place.
Upgrades/Downgrades:
Prorating must be manually done by the administrator.
