Hi, two questions.
1. I see that the stamping is working (I use woo commerce) but it is changing the file name, it is appending it with a long string of numbers and letters. How do I get it to NOT do that?
2. With the plugin deactivated, when you click downloads they go right to the downloads folder. With it activated, it opens the PDF in the browser. How do I stop it from loading in the browser. Same browser, two different results.
Thanks! Great plugin!
PS I am using safari

You don’t. Each time a file is stamped, a unique copy is created in a spool directory.

You are experiencing “Media Disposition” issues:

Thanks for your reply. As for the second part with the auto dowloads, I guess I was asking why the Pdf files download automatically with the plugin disabled, but the same pdfs after being stamped require extra coding to make them auto download.
Thanks for your insight.
It is more of a “configuration thing,” not a “coding thing.” You are simply telling the server to instruct the browser to behave in a certain manner.
