Stamped PDF Opening Up In Browser's PDF Viewer

I sell a very large ebook on my website. Is there any way to prevent the stamped PDF document from opening up in the actual browser window? I would like the PDF file to be stamped, then forced to be downloaded as a normal attachment (non PDF).

I am using WooCommerce, the folks at WooThemes stated that the electronic file will be delivered to the customer as a saved attachment, but have no way to control how the file is downloaded after it goes through your plugin.

Is there a fix for this?
